  • What We Learned From the GTA 6 Leaked Footage

    Vlad

Fans of the GTA series have been waiting over a decade for the next installment of the game. While Rockstar Games has remained tight-lipped about the release date, people got to see an early version of Grand Theft Auto 6.

This was because of a massive leak by 18-year-old hacker Arion Kurtaj. He shared around 3GB of data on social media that showcased a pre-alpha edition of GTA 6.

From the identity of the protagonists to the landscape of the new open world, fans had the chance to learn more about all sorts of aspects of the game.

So, if you like to stay in the know, you’ve come to the right place. In this article, we’ll walk you through everything we learned from the GTA6 leaked footage.

Grand Theft Auto 6 Leaks Overview

News of a possible GTA 6 leak hit the internet back in September 2022. At the time, Arion Kurtaj, an 18-year-old hacker, had released a 3GB file on social media containing 90 videos, each showcasing a different aspect of the highly anticipated game.

While fans questioned the validity of these leaks at first, they found out they were real rather quickly. After news of the leaks broke, Rockstar Games released an official trailer for GTA 6 that confirmed the leaked footage was authentic.

Even though Rockstar wasn’t happy about this data breach, this didn’t stop fans from spending hours dissecting the footage.

    Leaked Footage Overview

The leaked GTA 6 footage and the official trailer showcase stunning graphics, a sprawling open world, and even new gameplay mechanics. It promises to take players on a thrilling adventure filled with chaos, crime, and endless possibilities.

Here’s an in-depth look at everything we learned from the footage.

    GTA 6 Setting

From the leaks, we can gather that GTA 6 will take place in Vice City, just like its predecessor. However, this time around, the game offers an added twist.

Rather than a 1986 setting, GTA 6 will take us to a modern version of Vice City, filled with neon-soaked streets and fancy cars.

The leaks also suggest the GTA 6 map will be twice the size of the GTA 5 map.

    GTA VI Characters

The GTA 6 leaked footage also gave us a little insight into our protagonists. We know that the game will feature the first female lead in GTA history, Lucia, which was exciting news to many fans.

On top of that, we learned a bit about Lucia’s backstory. She’s a gang member with a history of getting into trouble.

Plus, she’s in a relationship with the male protagonist, Jason. The two have a Bonnie and Clyde-like relationship that leads to all sorts of mischief.

    Wrapping Up

Thanks to the Grand Theft Auto 6 leaked footage, fans got to see a sneak peek of what the game will look like. From the main protagonist to a glimpse at action-packed sequences, the leaks covered quite a few aspects of the game.

We also learned that the GTA 6 map is supposedly twice the size of its predecessor.

    • Hello gamers! While waiting for new details on GTA6, I am happy to announce that today, we released a new project that means a lot to us (and hopefully to you). MapMaster.io is focused on providing top-notch interactive games for the latest video games. This project took over five months to develop by an awesome team from Ukraine (yes, during the war), but despite the minor bugs that still exist and are being fixed, the finished product is amazing. While there are other websites that currently provide interactive maps, MapMaster is a bit different, as I am sure you'll notice. First of all, we have a clean interface without all the bling bling that can distract users. Second (and this is far more important), our team has tested all locations on our growing library of video games. In other words, you won't find outdated information, wrongfully placed markers (unless we made honest mistakes), or markers without clearly explaining what you should do when you get to those locations on the map. Furthermore, most locations come with clear screenshots from the games you are tracking. Obviously, you can track your progress, add notes, reset your progress on a game, and much, much more. Last but not least, we don't charge users for tracking locations. Simply put, if you register on our website, you can mark all locations for free. Registration is required to track your progress. Now, without further ado, here is the list of game maps we currently completed, our current projects, and what the future holds. I'll keep this thread updated and looking forward to your suggestions: Completed Game Maps: Red Dead Redemption 1 Dying Light Tunic Kena: Bridge of Spirits Ghost of Tsushima Sonic Frontiers PoP: The Lost Crown Tales of Kenzera: Zau Rise of the Ronin Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn Cat Quest 3 Assassin's Creed Valhalla Black Myth: Wukong Star Wars Outlaws  Silent Hill 2 Remake Interactive Game Maps Under Development: Visions of Mana Elden Ring Grand Theft Auto 5 Dragon's Dogma 2 Future Maps: Dragon Age 4: The Veilguard Assassin’s Creed Shadows So, what do you guys think? Let me know your thoughts. Your feedback is greatly appreciated.
    • @brandon wow! I never thought of that! Playing as a prostitute. But how about Jason? 😏
    • I would really like to become a prostitute in GTA 6 I think that's what everyone wants to play as a prostitute I know there's going to be a female character but if your able to be able to be a prostitute then I think that would be a good idea or there could be random encounters if you were to be a prostitute like one of the people that you work with as a prostitute could be a serial killer or another one be a cop or another one be a military or another one be a billionaire or a kidnaper you get the point
