	So, according to the same PlayStation dev who revealed the <a href="https://gta6guides.com/forums/topic/25-in-gta-6-you-can-surrender-to-cops-and-they-will-remember-you/" rel="">surrendering system</a> (<a href="https://twitter.com/nima02l" rel="external nofollow">Nima on X</a>), GTA6 will use the Eagle Eye system you most likely remember from Red Dead Redemption 2. He states:
</p>

<p>
	<em>"The game has an Eagle Eye feature similar to RDR2, allowing players to highlight items/targets in the open world or interiors."</em>
</p>

<p style="text-align:center;">
	<a class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image" data-fileext="jpg" data-fileid="10" href="https://gta6guides.com/uploads/monthly_2024_02/gta-6-eagle-eye-system.jpg.52ee8da8f3ed0c4d57fdd324a74f5c9a.jpg" rel=""><img alt="gta-6-eagle-eye-system.jpg" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" data-fileid="10" data-ratio="61.22" style="height:auto;" width="887" data-src="https://gta6guides.com/uploads/monthly_2024_02/gta-6-eagle-eye-system.jpg.52ee8da8f3ed0c4d57fdd324a74f5c9a.jpg" src="https://gta6guides.com/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></a>
</p>

<p>
	I think this is a big improvement, especially since, according to Nima, we need <a href="https://gta6guides.com/forums/topic/27-grand-theft-auto-6-introduces-tools-such-as-lockpicks-and-cutters/" rel="">tools for some in-game actions</a>. Unless we can craft/buy those, looking for a lockpick in various houses can be tedious and time-consuming. Thoughts on seeing the return of the Eagle Eye in GTA VI?

	Nima's list of GTA 6 features<a href="https://twitter.com/nima02l/status/1758237988327166432" rel="external nofollow"> posted on X</a> also outlines that the RDR 2 NPC interaction menu makes a return. Here is the exact post made by the PlayStation dev last night.
</p>

<p style="text-align:center;">
	<img alt="gta-6-tools.jpg.01bedbb86fc0a038b5ef5a471b0d34d0.jpg" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" data-extension="core_Attachment" data-fileid="11" data-ratio="47.68" style="height:auto;" width="904" data-src="https://gta6guides.com/uploads/monthly_2024_02/gta-6-tools.jpg.01bedbb86fc0a038b5ef5a471b0d34d0.jpg" src="https://gta6guides.com/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />
</p>

<p>
	This is something I've been looking forward to. What does it mean? Well, if you don't remember or have never played Red Dead Redemption 2, this feature was a game changer and set a new bar for most open-world games. Specifically, in RDR 2, you can interact with all NPC. Yes, all of them. You can greet people, antagonize them, or rob them. Can you imagine this in Grand Theft Auto 6?

	The last batch of hot information <a href="https://twitter.com/nima02l/status/1758237985743507892" rel="external nofollow">posted by Nima</a> on X is also pretty intriguing. According to the PS dev: <em>"Most of the game's events and missions will be broadcast on news and social media, with NPCs commenting and discussing them."</em>
</p>

<p style="text-align:center;">
	<a class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image" data-fileext="jpg" data-fileid="13" href="https://gta6guides.com/uploads/monthly_2024_02/gta-6-missions-broadcast.jpg.4da95d6775fac24c29ab931ceb16a209.jpg" rel=""><img alt="gta-6-missions-broadcast.jpg" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" data-fileid="13" data-ratio="54.9" style="height:auto;" width="909" data-src="https://gta6guides.com/uploads/monthly_2024_02/gta-6-missions-broadcast.jpg.4da95d6775fac24c29ab931ceb16a209.jpg" src="https://gta6guides.com/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></a>
</p>

<p>
	What's really interesting about this one is that if NPCs comment on the game events and the missions, we should be able to see those comments, which means that we need access to those social media channels. Hopefully, it's not Facebook. <span class="ipsEmoji">🤫</span>
</p>

<p>
	News channels broadcasting the game's events is not something new, though. You may remember <a href="https://gta6guides.com/forums/topic/4-what-do-you-guys-think-happened-next-in-the-alligator-scene-from-trailer-1/" rel="">the alligator scene</a> from the first <a href="https://gta6guides.com/articles/news/gta-6-trailer-too-many-details-in-90-seconds-r8/" rel="">GTA 6 Trailer</a>. So, how do you think the social media channels work in Grand Theft Auto 6?

	Okay, so this information we also got from PlayStation dev <a href="https://twitter.com/nima02l" rel="external nofollow">Nima on X</a> works hand in hand with the <a href="https://gta6guides.com/forums/topic/26-grand-theft-auto-6-to-use-the-rdr2-eagle-eye-system/" rel="">Eagle Eye system</a>. According to his post: <em>"Every in-game action requires a specific tool that players can acquire throughout their playthrough, from lockpicks and cutters to open vehicles and more."</em>
</p>

<p style="text-align:center;">
	<a class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image" data-fileext="jpg" data-fileid="11" href="https://gta6guides.com/uploads/monthly_2024_02/gta-6-tools.jpg.01bedbb86fc0a038b5ef5a471b0d34d0.jpg" rel=""><img alt="gta-6-tools.jpg" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" data-fileid="11" data-ratio="47.68" style="height:auto;" width="904" data-src="https://gta6guides.com/uploads/monthly_2024_02/gta-6-tools.jpg.01bedbb86fc0a038b5ef5a471b0d34d0.jpg" src="https://gta6guides.com/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></a>
</p>

<p>
	This one leaves room for interpretation, especially on how these tools are acquired in GTA 6. It makes sense for actions to require tools, but it doesn't make sense to spend an hour looking for a lockpick inside a house, for example, without being able to craft it. Buying is also an option, I know, but do we really need to go to a shop before stealing a car?  What do you guys think?

	The last piece of information posted by <a href="https://twitter.com/nima02l/status/1758237994987794526" rel="external nofollow">Nima on X</a> that is worth discussing revolves around the discovery/tracking system. The PS Dev posted on his account that: <em>"Vehicles/Animal will have a discovery/tracking system similar to the one in RDR2. Each vehicle becomes part of your discovery section once you enter it. Discovering a certain number of vehicles in one class will unlock new modifications for that specific vehicle class."</em>
</p>

<p style="text-align:center;">
	<a class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image" href="https://gta6guides.com/uploads/monthly_2024_02/gta-6-discovery-system.jpg.b8a9c8d4022a99bbbd65c5755cdefd3e.jpg" data-fileid="15" data-fileext="jpg" rel=""><img alt="gta-6-discovery-system.jpg" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" data-fileid="15" data-ratio="44.97" style="height:auto;" width="845" data-src="https://gta6guides.com/uploads/monthly_2024_02/gta-6-discovery-system.jpg.b8a9c8d4022a99bbbd65c5755cdefd3e.jpg" src="https://gta6guides.com/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></a>
</p>

<p>
	As you can see, this post comes with many details, especially for vehicles. The discovery system in RDR 2 is not new, and since we have a lot of <a href="https://gta6guides.com/articles/news/12-gta-6-animals-you-probably-missed-from-trailer-1-r6/" rel="">animals in GTA 6</a>, it makes sense for Rockstar to use it. What is intriguing in this post, however, is that the same system is used for cars, and by finding specific cars from a class (SUVs, for example), you unlock modifications.
</p>

<p>
	Now, the obvious question here is what kind of modifications? Visual only? Or are we going to be able to change performance parts as well? What do you guys think?
</p>

	Among other exciting features, such as <a href="https://gta6guides.com/forums/topic/25-in-gta-6-you-can-surrender-to-cops-and-they-will-remember-you/" rel="">the option to surrender to cops</a> and the return of the <a href="https://gta6guides.com/forums/topic/26-grand-theft-auto-6-to-use-the-rdr2-eagle-eye-system/" rel="">RDR 2 Eagle Eye System</a> in Grand Theft Auto 6, everyone's favorite PlayStation dev, Nima, also <a href="https://twitter.com/nima02l" rel="external nofollow">announced on X</a> that we can duel-wield weapons in GTA6.
</p>

<p style="text-align:center;">
	<a class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image" data-fileext="jpg" data-fileid="12" href="https://gta6guides.com/uploads/monthly_2024_02/gta-6-weapons-due-wield.jpg.e28c2f27bf79b597701eeae0129c3614.jpg" rel=""><img alt="gta-6-weapons-due-wield.jpg" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" data-fileid="12" data-ratio="60.29" style="height:auto;" width="904" data-src="https://gta6guides.com/uploads/monthly_2024_02/gta-6-weapons-due-wield.jpg.e28c2f27bf79b597701eeae0129c3614.jpg" src="https://gta6guides.com/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></a>
</p>

<p>
	Honestly, this doesn't come as a surprise, and I don't imagine you'd be able to dual-wield Assault Rifles, but I still want to know what you think about it. <span class="ipsEmoji">😀</span>

	According to PS Dev Nima and <a href="https://twitter.com/nima02l/status/1758237988327166432" rel="external nofollow">his post on X</a>, GTA 6 <em>"has the highest number of minigames among all GTA titles, including Golf, Basketball, Tennis, Pool, and for the first time, a new fishing minigame involving diving and catching a variety of sea animals such as fish, dolphins, sharks, etc, using a harpoon."</em>
</p>

<p style="text-align:center;">
	<a class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image" data-fileext="jpg" data-fileid="14" href="https://gta6guides.com/uploads/monthly_2024_02/gta-6-mini-games.jpg.613c97051f898c3cbb12854b11213a5b.jpg" rel=""><img alt="gta-6-mini-games.jpg" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" data-fileid="14" data-ratio="46.09" style="height:auto;" width="870" data-src="https://gta6guides.com/uploads/monthly_2024_02/gta-6-mini-games.jpg.613c97051f898c3cbb12854b11213a5b.jpg" src="https://gta6guides.com/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></a>
</p>

<p>
	This piece of information is something that needs further confirmation, but so far, I can see this happening. We already know that <a href="https://gta6guides.com/articles/news/12-gta-6-animals-you-probably-missed-from-trailer-1-r6/" rel="">sharks and dolphins exist in GTA 6</a>, as they appeared in the <a href="https://gta6guides.com/articles/news/gta-6-trailer-too-many-details-in-90-seconds-r8/" rel="">first trailer</a>. I still don't understand how we will catch sharks, though. With a harpoon? That would be hunting, not catching.
</p>

<p>
	Regardless, I can see Jason and Lucia playing tennis, pool, and golf. What do you guys think about these minigames?
</p>

	Last night was pretty intense in terms of news and links, especially if you spend a lot of time on X. PlayStation dev <a href="https://twitter.com/nima02l" rel="external nofollow">Nima</a> provided a lot of details and information on some of the gameplay features we can expect. One of them (there are threads for the rest) outlines that in Grand Theft Auto 6<span>: <em>"There will be a surrender option when dealing with the cops."</em> </span>
</p>

<p>
	<span>Speaking of cops, </span>Nima outlines that <em>"NPCs and cops will remember both your appearance and vehicle. They will interact with you differently based on your actions if you keep the same appearance.</em>
</p>

<p style="text-align:center;">
	<a class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image" data-fileext="jpg" data-fileid="9" href="https://gta6guides.com/uploads/monthly_2024_02/gta-6-cops-surrender.jpg.7f3b248321f042ba3add052e3c5c0a78.jpg" rel=""><img alt="gta-6-cops-surrender.jpg" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" data-fileid="9" data-ratio="20.6" style="height:auto;" width="1000" data-src="https://gta6guides.com/uploads/monthly_2024_02/gta-6-cops-surrender.thumb.jpg.3e77ff977106710cb12cefcfa265542c.jpg" src="https://gta6guides.com/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></a>
</p>

<p>
	The devs didn't confirm any of these, but if you paid attention to all the leaks and the <a href="https://gta6guides.com/articles/news/gta-6-trailer-too-many-details-in-90-seconds-r8/" rel="">first trailer</a>, the option of surrendering to cops is basically there.
</p>

<p>
	Regarding the second feature, this can mean many things, including story choices. It also means that we'll need to change clothes and hairstyles quite often. <span class="ipsEmoji">😀</span> Thoughts?
</p>
